This tea is a combination of herbs that helps to tone the uterus, balance hormones, reduces men-strual cramps as well as PMS symptoms. Instructions: 1-2 tsp of herbs per 8 ounces of water. Steep for 5-15 min, the longer the tea steeps the stronger it will become.
