In addition to eating foods from Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide it is advisable to change your daily habits, some of which are listed below, even if just until you’ve reached your desired health/fitness/body/strength goal.
Though I might add, some things listed here should be banned permanently like seedless fruit, microwaves and soy.
- Drink 1 gallon of Spring water daily.
- Do NOT consume seedless or canned fruits.
- Do NOT use microwave.
- NO Animal Products (meat, fish, dairy, cheese, honey).
- No GMO’s, Soy, hybrid plants, white/brown sugar or alcohol.
- Buy organic, when possible.
- Cook with cast iron, 100% stainless steel & 100% copper
- Use all natural, plant derived deodorants, body and facial soaps, shampoos & conditioners, laundry soap, toothpaste, etc
